AM- Let the wind take me in whichever direction. Ran to Ava then through the jungle section of Tonaquint and back on the Newd Wal-Mart Loop. Did some 3 minute light pick ups to stop myself from jogging. 7.53 miles 

PM- Went for 20. Warm ish but nothing crazy. Went to view the bison then flipped. Looks like they’re building a park behind Sugar Leo. 2.55 miles
