AM- Woke up early and had some recycling I needed to take to Walmart. Decided to do a run with some pick ups. Did a 6, 8, 6, 5, and 4 at 6:50-7:00 minute pace. Felt pretty good. Had a really slow wake up mile. 6.09 miles

AM2- Coach laps then with the girls out towards Panorama. Branched off with Em and Sariah. 5.14 miles
