Wanted to push the hills through GS to Middleton and stay with the top group but wussed out and ran with the Silvers. Glad I did because I probably would’ve fallen off the group anyways. Talked some football, hit a stride then reconnected with Tall T and the Boys. Extra coach laps with David. 6.02 miles
