| Lunch- 10 miles. There was some sort of accident on Dublin at the sharp corner and the road was closed (someone said there were bodies in the road, another said power lines down, so who knows), so we ran the GE trails and track instead. Colder today, in the 40's. Last week was in the 70's and 80's.

| AM- lots of lunch meetings, so morning run. 50-ish, felt great. First few miles with Dan, then the rest by myself. My neck and back have been very painful for a few days (like the pulled muscle, can't move kind of pain), and the run didn't help it. I wanted 6-10 miles, ended up stopping at 7. Good times.

| Lunch- 3.5 run then an hour of ultimate. It was 4 v 5 today, and very windy. I was on the 4 person team, so more running than usual. My back is improving.
