| PM- skipped the lunch run due to boss being in town and inviting to lunch. Did an end of day run instead. Planned on only 4 but felt good enough to run 6.

| Lunch- 10 or so. Not too fast, kinda tired. Didn't sleep a single minute last night, just tossed in bed. Finally decided to just get to work. You can get a great parking spot at 4:15 am. It was even the day of my annual performance review with my boss, who was in town from Atlanta. I think I was attentive the whole time.

| lunch run plus fun game of 4v5 ultimate frisbee. I was on the 4 team, so more running than usual. We usually play for about 40 min, then a game to 3 pts.
Meanwhile at home, we have some kind of stomach virus going around. 4 of the 5 kids have puked in the past 24 hours, some of them numerous times. Blah. Hope Marci and I don't get it.

| Saturday long run- all of 4.5 miles in 37 min or so. Yes, impressive. I used to do 4.5 hrs, not 4.5 miles. I'm not sure if it's cause of my lack of days off during the week, lack of sleep, stress, or frisbee on Friday, but my legs are generally very tired every Saturday. Oh well.
