AM sworkit workout for 25 min then 2.25 on the TM
AM 15 min sworkit workout and then 2.1 on the TM
AM 4 easy on the TM
AM 25 min sworkit workout and then 3.5 on the TM
AM 5.75 on the TM. Right was a big enough problem that I had to stop.
