AM swam for 39:22 2150 yards
PM 5 on the TM after work. Slow. Hip/back seem to be doing better, but don't want to get my hopes up.
AM swam for 50:20 and 2550 yards.
PM I’ll call it 2.5 easy on the TM. Walked some as well in addition to this.
AM Ran 4.5 and then went and swam about 31:00 or 1725 yards. My body feels off. Haven't felt good at all when running lately and struggled swimming today. Woke up in the middle of the night with stomach problems.
AM 4 in park city. Stayed the night (Thursday) in park city.
AM 6 miles up Rosecrest and back. Then went and swam for 51:00 and 2775 yards. Left hip area is sore.
