AM spent most of yesterday traveling to Amelia Island, FL for a work conference. Marisa and I ran this morning from the hotel beginning about 8:00. Ran on a sweet trail that seemed to go forever. It’s probably not even that humid yet but it’s a killer when running.

AM Woke up at 5:00 and went and ran in the gym on the TM until it got light enough to run outside.  Went and ran on the hard portion of the sand on the beach for two miles.
