AM 2 mile warm up. 5x3/4 mile at 10k pace (7:08-7:13) with 1/4 mile jog between. Cool down.
AM 6.35 easy on the TM
AM 6.9 easy on the TM
AM 2 mile warm up and then 6.5 at marathon pace (7:18-7:30). Cool down.
AM 4.3 easy on the TM
AM 14.2 in 1:54:11 (8:02) from my house to just south of the mcdonalds in Lehi. This is my first run outside in quite a while. Good weather and good run for me.
