16 miles / slow jam. from home - park-n-ride/campus/botanical garden/cemetary.

a good week with wednesdays run giving a 7 day total of 52 miles, my longest week in 14 months. todays 16 miler is my longest single run in 23 months. so i feel confident in now proclaiming to be headed in the right direction.
