| | 3 miles - little golden loop
first run in the very minimalist, very flat vapor 4's. hearkening back to the Hattori days. i ran many thousands of miles injury free in the Hattori shoe and i'm going to try to get back to that over the next couple of years. for now i'll run a few miles a week in the vapor 4's plus a little barefoot running now and then. really helps improve form and foot strength.
