I am running XC and track for Westminster College in SLC.  I will study Economics and go to law school.

Long-Term Running Goals:

 Run the Athen's (Greece) Marathon with my dad.

Help my college team build a strong program and continue to improve.

I ran the Christmas Gift 5k put on by the running store.  I ran consistent but not full out as I was really feeling weights class yesterday.  Tyler Marlowe and I took it out, then Rex caught me around 1.5 miles.  Ericka Richardson Wendt caught me at 2.5 miles and I just cruised in the rest of the way.  Overall a good hard tempo run.  4th Overall, 3rd male.
