| | 7 miles solo easy. Smoke was bad and not fun to run in. My ankle is a bit tweaked, I may take tomorrow off to rest my ankle and avoid the smoke in my lungs.

| | First full team run with the Griffins! Calf was a bit sore so I also got to visit the athletic trainer...very cool to be part of a real team and real support.
Did our weight facility orientation, get a physical later today and one more team run tonight.
Rode the stationary bike for 11 miles instead of running to loosen up my legs and be ready for XC camp this week.

| | I went to see Rick and get some PT. He adjusted my hips (off by an inch) and worked on my calf. He thinks my calf could be related to my tender hip (from the labrum tear) and could be overworked. Still making progress I think.

| | Did some PT and then ran with the team, about 3 miles. Did ok, a bit sore at the end. Working it, do not think I will run at UVU.

| | 4 miles. Rick taped my foot and it really helped! Hope this is a good sign of getting back into running with the team and the end of my frustration.
