afternoon - 4.75 Highland. Parked at the roundabout on my way home from school after weights and just ran from there. Although I felt so tight and sucky in both achilles, it was a beautiful day for a run out in the dirt. (Ravenna 392.25)

afternoon - 7.5 Mustang Pass. Was so looking forward to yoga this afternoon. Then a parent came and we didn’t finish our convo until just as the team was finishing up. Caught a ride up GS and then ran Mustang to home. The trail was in pretty good condition. The deer are definitely wintering in the hollow and the pass; there were tracks everywhere. Lots of coyote scat as well. (Peg green 451.5)

| | morning - 8.5 City Wells. Long walk with Twix and then dropped her off and headed into the desert. Ran into Joe Furse as he was coming off Dino Tracks. Talked for a little - he lives in Brio, so we'll have to hook up for some runs. Not a spectacular run for pace, but a nice run nonetheless. Achilles is feeling better than last week. afternoon - 3.5 Twix. Abs and then Twix and I went around King's Row and up the Turf Farm. Did my 6xstriders there. Felt good. Less fatigue than this morning and not much extra pain the right achilles. Ended with the HIIT workout - it's a beast. (Levitate 177.25)

| | morning - 15 Parkway/Junction. Short walk with Twix and then took her on a shortened version of the Parkway. Dropped her off after finishing a quick push through my neighborhood to grab a Strava record. Then out to the Junction and back through Coral Canyon. Goals wer to get a long run in and have a few pushes in. Did both. Pushed hard'ish down King's Row, through Coral Canyon and back up King's Row. Just joined up on Strava yesterday, because... why not? And saw that all these dudes have records that I should have, but my watch only loaded back 60 days not the 60 years it would have needed to record some fast stuff. So I had to get the segment that runs right in front of my house. Pleased with today's effort. I have a long way to go to get under 1:18 in a half though. Maybe 1:20 might be more realistic. Short walk with Twix and then just kind of a random run around DogTown picking off some more Strava segments (I'm not really being a segment hunter, but it is kind of fun to go grab a few - gets the body moving). Then dropped her off and went out on the Parkway. If I wouldn't have stopped to grab a quarter that wasn't, I would have knocked off Evan on the Parkway segment, too. (Levitate 187)
afternoon - 6.5 Sullivan Loop. Drove over to Hell Hole and then ran the loop. Wore some old Pegs that apparently I've retired, so I need to put them away and not wear them again. I could feel that they were pretty worn out. Kept the pace easy throughout and just enjoyed working out the kinks. Abs. (Peg grey)

| | morning - 9.25 Sego Lily. A decent amount of snow last night messed with the run this morning. Did a smaller clockwise loop of Sego with Twix (after a short walk). Achilles was super tight and put up a fight for awhile. Then dropped off the dog and did the full loop counter. Abs and some HIIT after. (Peg blue34 86)

| | morning - 8 Highland. Short walk with Twix and then we went up onto Highland and ran the trail up there twice. There was a little skiff of snow that just made for a beautiful scene and great running. I had a much better attitude and felt pretty good. Should lead to a good run tomorrow - going to do the Red Cliffs Reserve Traverse from Leeds to Ivins; fun stuff. Abs after. (Adios)
