AM - 6 Twix/AC.  Not feeling a lot better, but figured I would give it a run.  Short walk with Twix and then a short run and practice.  Followed it up with yoga.  (Levitate 126.5)

Thought the stomach might be improving after being able to run yesterday, but it is still hanging on and not letting me venture too far.  Did do a long walk with Twix in both the morning and evening.

AM - 8 Twix/AC.  A little more with Twix after a short walk and then practice.  Felt mostly better, but still a bit twisted in the stomach.  Abs.  (Peg Green 434.25)

afternoon - 9 River Trail.  Did a short long run with some specific mile paces at certain times.  It was a good workout.  The last little bit was troublesome on the stomach, so 2450 called.  (Peg NOP 126)

afternoon - 7.25 GS.  Through in a few race pace fartleks.  Achilles was hurting a lot (probably because of the shoe choixe this morning - I really need probably 2 new pairs and to retire about 3-4 pairs).  Thought I was having a better day on the stomach side of things, but issues still acting up on the afternoon run.  (Ravenna 373.75)

morning - 9.25 Bloomington.  Ran with Jeff and Trevor.  Great to see both of them... Jeff is one of the best guys in the world.  Just a nice chill pace on a nice chill morning.  (Peg blue34 20.75)

afternoon - trying something new to give the body a bit of a jumpstart. Did a 30min hiit routine which gave me a bit of a push. Then E and I took Twix on a long walk.

morning - 13.5 DM/Junction. Short walk with Twix and three laps on the dirt mile (the construction equipment is gone for now, so you can still make the loop). Then dropped off the dog and went out to the junction. Was a bit tight and flat (probably from the workout yesterday - which is what I’m looking for). Pushed through it though and still had a good time. (Peg purple 341.5)

Thankful for family and friends, the fun of the good times and the learning from the tough times, my wife and girls (and congrats to daughter Rylee for signing her scholarship to run at UVU!). 

evening - went on a long walk with Twix and Ally to work some of the food through the system.

morning - 7 Twix. Short walk and then a run with Twix. Had planned on going a few with her and dropping her off then finishing, but my achilles was really struggling today. So, we just cruised along. Her longest run in awhile and she did well. (Peg green 447)

morning - 8.25 Suicidal Tendencies. Short walk with Twix. Then over to the trail. Ran much of the way with Nick as Carson, Cash Money, and Julien were well ahead pushing the pace. Christian (Cash) hit the full loop in 68mins! (I’ve never heard of anyone faster.). Nick and I didn’t hit the full loop. I felt okay, but not super spry. Gave myself a serious twisting of the ankle on the way back... all I wanted was a Pepsi. (Ravenna 382)

AM - 5.25 Twix/Amazing.  Short walk and run with Twix.  Then the 20min Amazing loop and yoga for practice.  Warm today with the storm clouds holding the heat in.  Wore Peg greys that I guess I retired so I don't know the mileage on them.  They felt good though.  (Peg grey)

afternoon - 4 Sandberg’s. Just an nice run with some rain. Got a unbelievable email from a parent calling me all sorts of names for daring to not allow a student to just not come to class and get an A. Craziest thing I’ve ever heard in 20 years of teaching. On another note, today marked the third straight day I could touch my toes!  It takes a lot of work, but I’ve been working on loosening my hammies as I think it may help me be stronger and healthier.
