| | morning - 10.5 River Trail. A brisk pace with the team and Carson and CB. It was good to see those guys and catch up with Carson. Some might say that our guys were just caught up in showing off for the college guys, but that is just usual - a few need to just chill a bit. Ave was around 6:30 throughout and I could tell by the end. Followed it up with a long, but good day at the car wash. (Levitate 74.25)
