| | morning - 12 Sullivan. Short walk and 2 mile warm up with Twix. Dropped her off and did my 10 mile Sullivan loop at tempo. Was a bit quicker this week (6:21). Worked harder in some spots, but also smoother in some spots. Likewise, in a few spots I need to keep confidence up and not relax too much. But good progress. (Glide 210)

afternoon - 2 Panorama. Should have given it more rest. Hammy was tight from the beginning, but I hoped it would loosen up with some easy running. It did not. I nearly walked back. Very disappointed. (Peg NOP 380)
