| | AM - 8.75 River Loop. Long walk with Twix. Then ran from school down the River Loop. Such amazing temps lately - a lot of people are bummed that it has been so cool and rainy, they want the sun; and I'm thinking it will be 110 before we know it, let's enjoy some niceness (below 50 again this morning). Legs were pretty drained until the last mile; then they felt like they had something in them. Abs. (Ravenna 479.25)

| | AM - 3 RV. Took Twix up for a couple laps on RV at 2am before we headed out to Vegas to catch our flight to Hawaii. Swam quite a bit when we got there.

| | AM - 7 Kapalua. Decided to get up and go for a few this morning. Miscalculated my time, so I went a little further than planned. Sweat to death with the humidity and had a really bad stomach most of the run. But it is very pretty. Wore an old pair of Pegs (Peg Grey) and they really are dead. Still swimming a lot each day.

| | AM - 7.5 Kapalua. Went a little further than yesterday. Felt really good on the way out, but on the way back felt super gross again. I think I just get so dehydrated from sweating so much that I am about to crash out. More swimming.

| | morning - 8.25 Kapalua. Wasn't even going to go today, but decided to. Then was going to go shorter, but I got on this cool trail on the coastline. That got me rejuvinated and feeling better, but then I had to run back and it was way slow and the worst I've felt all week.
