morning - 14.25 Twix/Prospector.  A couple with with Twix after a short walk.  Then out on Prospector.  Pretty crappy run.  Felt way tired and just didn't want to be doing it.  But I did, and on a day like this I guess that is a win.  Ready to get back into a schedule with the team.  (Peg NOP 197)
