Nothing today - I didn't want to run when the alarm went off (and since I had a full day of fence building ahead of me, I didn't think I had time later), but I didn't even do a double take. I am going to try and get refreshed a little this weekend. week was iffy. I really had to push myself to run most days and that scares me. I want to love running even when I am doing a lot of it and making myself work. Goals for next week: get back on the horse in a positive manner. |
