15 miles - Oxford Road Loop
Near even splits: 57:30 (+/-) - Total time was 1:55:01
Kind of tired today and didn't feel like running at all, especially 15 miles. So, glad to be done!
6 miles at the track. Recovery run...approximately 9 minute miles
9 miles - Conoco Loop - 1:09:40 -- pretty even splits
Wanted to run 13, but had to cut it short. Too much to do :-(

Ran 17 miles at the track

12 miles at a fairly fast pace (15:10 - 15:30/2 miles). It was VERY windy and a hard run, for sure.
1 mile cool down at 8:50 pace.
Tough run because of the wind.
