I am questioning whether I should have run. Have a chest cold...don't feel very well. Probably not a good idea; but simply want to get back to a regular routine. It's been about two weeks since I started not feeling well. First, it was stomach flu symptoms, and now it's a bad cold/chest cold....Aaaaaaaaaaaaaah!
** Addendum - Temp is 101.2 - Should not have run, or run less.
Gave it some long and hard thought and decided not to run today. Still feeling crappy and last night was bad. I hate this and am starting to get concerned about training.
My goal was to finish in a healthy manner as I continue to be under the weather. So, I continually told myself to slooow down...nice and easy...nice and relaxed (probably the things I should be telling myself anyhow). Feel pretty good about things...Hope I'm on the upturn.
