AM - 6 AM2 - 8 AM3 - 7 @ 7:17 pace. Ramped up a little harder than I would have because this old guy that showed up to the gym around a month ago(and ONLY used my personal favorite treadmill for hours of walking and always seemed to beat me to it(and the treadmill mysteriously became extremely wobbly after I managed to get back on after a couple weeks and no gym patrons use now)) was on the next treadmill closest to me and was drumming along to his music on the treadmill face(loudly) and it really got under my skin. Also witnessed him take a break from walking after about 40 minutes to lean his entire body weight on the side rail for a few minutes. Got a guess on how my favorite treadmill got screwed up. PM - 7 PM2 - 7 35 in barely under 11 hours. |
