PM2 - 5 @ 5:59 pace + 2 cd. Did the CD right after on the mill instead of driving home and letting my legs stiffen up. Also worth mentioning the quicker treadmill runs have pretty consistently been starting at 9.4 mph and upping it 2 ticks every 5 minutes(longer intervals if I'm going longer than 6) then speeding up the last k or so

Got my recovery between easier runs down to like 75 minutes(pretty much using coffee running through me as the timer). Pressed for time but it hasn't been hard on me, and now legs are really getting used to it
