AM - 4 operation: mondo mileage. Starts at noon today, ends at 11am next Saturday. Expect fireworks, or explosions. AM2 - 12 in 1:25(12) Got antsy and started early, so instead it'll be seeing how many miles I can get from 10:20am today to 9am next Saturday. Again legs feel so much better on new trainers PM - 8(20) Spent a good portion of time in between runs hitting gravel with a pickaxe. Cross-training? PM2 - 7(27) 400 miles in the past 2 weeks.
