Pace dropping, body isn't breaking down, only real issue is I've been averaging about 5 hours of sleep daily the last two weeks. Isn't a problem right now but it could catch up to me quick. That aside, 18 mile days feel a bit easier with every one completed. Strength workouts on Monday and Thursday
