Trying to get back on track. Tempo workout on treadmill. 1.5 mile warm up. Goal was 3x 15 minutes with 2-3 minute recovery. Did the first 15 minutes at 9.5,9.6,and 9.7 mph (switching every five minutes.) Started next set at 9.7 mph and jumped every five minutes. I felt good at fifteen minutes, so decided to run a full 30 minutes. I continued to increase the pace. I finished the last couple of minutes at 10.3 mph. Cooldown to 10 |
