Ran Tee's marathon workout with her. 2 mile warm up. 2 x 2 mile with 2 minutes recovery and 3 x 1 mile with 1 minute recovery. Only criteria was sub 6:30 pace

2 mile #1: 12:36 (6:18 average)

2 mile #2: 12:17 (6:09 average)

1 miles: 6:10,5:58,5:57 (had to work for the last one. 1 minute recovery was brutal!)

Murray Park to River Trail and back on 700 w with Becca and Aimee. I had lots to rant about today. I'm grateful for running friends. 7:13 average.

Met Tee and Becca at Murray High for a track workout. I have just been tagging along for Tee's marathon workouts. We warmed up two miles. We ran 6 x 800 with 30 seconds recovery. They were all 3:05-3:10. Ran a 400 recovery. Ran a mile of in/out 400s (5k/marathon/5k/marathon pace). We ran 84-94-80-89 for a 5:47 mile. I finished 1 more 400 with Becca at 80.4. Cooldown 2 miles.

Miserable nasty weather run with Becca. As bad as the weather was,it got even worse when we were done. I planned on a couple more miles, but I couldn't see anything with the rain blowing into my eyes. Gross.

I have been a terrible blogger! I ran SL Half Marathon and won with a 1:22:11. Not too bad! Then, I took a week off, trying to let some bursitis in my heel calm down. Plus, I was preparing to audition for Brigadoon. Got a callback for a lead character. Didn't get it, but I was cast in the ensemble. My summer is going to be busy!

Ran an easy 6.5 on the treadmill to ease back in to training.
