Met Tee and Becca at Murray High for a track workout. I have just been tagging along for Tee's marathon workouts. We warmed up two miles. We ran 6 x 800 with 30 seconds recovery. They were all 3:05-3:10. Ran a 400 recovery. Ran a mile of in/out 400s (5k/marathon/5k/marathon pace). We ran 84-94-80-89 for a 5:47 mile. I finished 1 more 400 with Becca at 80.4. Cooldown 2 miles. |
