Ran Tee's marathon workout with her. 2 mile warm up. 2 x 2 mile with 2 minutes recovery and 3 x 1 mile with 1 minute recovery. Only criteria was sub 6:30 pace 2 mile #1: 12:36 (6:18 average) 2 mile #2: 12:17 (6:09 average) 1 miles: 6:10,5:58,5:57 (had to work for the last one. 1 minute recovery was brutal!) 2 mile cooldown. |
