| No run I was a bum on the 4th of July and just hung out with family, we did go down and swim at the river, which required a little bit of exercise getting down there, swimming, and then climbing back up the hill. |

Played basketball for an hour, then ran 3 miles easy over to the Substation. I stretched some then did a 2 mile tempo back to the cow field.

Ran 3.5 miles this morning around La Verkin.
Went to the club run this evening. Lots of people there and pretty hot temps. We ran the loop in reverse. I did fine the first two miles, then stopped for water and slowed down a bit. I stopped a second time at La Quinta for water then took it easy and cut back at the bridge. The run was pretty good just over 7 minute pace and around 5.5 miles I stopped my watch a few times and forgot to restart, so not sure on the exact mileage. |

| I woke up not feeling too good and with no motivation to run, so I didn't. I spent most of the day picking apricots, shoveling dirt, and staining the swing set. |
