3 miles this morning. Did 4 x Pah Tempe Hill Repeats this afternoon. Probably a mistake trying to run hard when it was so hot out. I did a 2 mile warm-up then got into the workout. 1-2:25 2-2:19 3-2:25 4-2:25 really struggled on the last one. The cool-down turned into a 2 mile walk home, I was just beat. |
