A pretty good workout this afternoon. Sunny drove me out to Anderson Junction and then I did a 2 mile warm-up and then got into 4 x 1 mile repeats with 3 min recovery back to La Verkin. The times are a little faster, because a lot of the miles were downhill, but still a good workout for the legs.

I will continue to do these repeats about every three weeks.
Went and played basketball tonight which was a mistake, hard to do much on dead legs.
