Basketball this morning Did a speed workout tonight 3x1000m @ CV pace with 2:00 minutes rest Still trying to get in shape and legs a little tired from the trail run yesterday, so not really looking forward to this workout. Anyway did 2 miles easy warm-up then did the repeats over by the cow field 1-3:35 (5:43 pace) This felt pretty good, but it has been awhile since I've done these so I didn't know if I was going to too fast or slow. 2-3:30 (5:30 pace) This one felt more difficult 3-3:35 (5:43 pace) I struggled on this one. I might have been able to have done one more, but didn't really feel like it. I'm sure with time I'll be able to get this times back down to the mid 3:20's Finished with 2 mile cool-down
