| total running time 72:45. plan was to run in the Bosque de aragon with Alejandro. I didn't sleep well and was struggling a bit. I rested at @ 0.52 miles to stretch, for about 15 seconds at 1.65 miles thens tarted with Alejandro. We did the 5 k together and then I needed to take a break for 2 minutes and a little bit more. We stopped when Alejando turned around at 5.65 miles into my run. I then took another break at about 7.15 miles. I slowed over the last 1.75 miles but it was still a good effort. splits 9:25, 9:18, 9:11, 9:17, 9:12, 9:21, 9:36, 7:25.
