| traveling again. up at 3:10 am on the way to the airport at 3:40 am. 6 AM flight to Monterrey arrived at 7:15 am. Met up with MP and missionary at 9 AM. 11:15 am flight to Merida arriving at 1:20 pm. 3:30 pm flight to Mexico City arriving at 5:35 pm. Fighting the traffic to get the car and then to MTC arriving at 7:30 pm. straight to devotional with Elder Bednar. No time to exercise today.

| total time 89:06. plan was to go easy for 3 then speed up slightly for another 3 then got hard for the last 3.5 miles. The first 4 miles went as planned but couldn't speed up much and the last 3 miles it was hard just to slow down. splits 9:16, 9:16, 9:15, 9:07, 9:15, 9:09, 9:12, 9:28, 9:35, 5:33.
