Personal:

I retired from the Army after 26 years of service in 2010.  I moved home to Arizona.  My wife and I are empty nesters.  In 2016 I had stents placed in my heart after discovering coronary artery disease.  Since early 2016 I have lost 30 lbs and got in much better shape.  August 2017 I retired again. We served a mission to Mexico from October 2017 until April 2019.

traveling again.  up at 3:10 am on the way to the airport at 3:40 am.  6 AM flight to Monterrey arrived at 7:15 am.  Met up with MP and missionary at 9 AM.  11:15 am flight to Merida arriving at 1:20 pm.  3:30 pm flight to Mexico City arriving at 5:35 pm.  Fighting the traffic to get the car and then to MTC arriving at 7:30 pm.  straight to devotional with Elder Bednar.  No time to exercise today.
