total running time 45:55. I felt tight from eysterday's workout so I figured I would go out slower. For some reason I didn't. turn around was 23:17 (25 seconds faster than Tuesday). I didn't speed up as soon because of the faster pace. However, when I did speed up I struggled. back was 22:38. still faster overall. mile out 8:29 and back 8:23. The next segment was 22 seconds fater on the way back but then I struggled for just minimal negative splits. |
