total running time 47:36. I am trying to run the slow work-outs a bit slower but go harder on the ahrd stuff. I was pretty tight this morning. still, I planned to try to gradually speedup the second half of the run. Little did I realize that there was a light wind blowing at my back for the first half of my run. It seemed more signifcant as I turned around and had it in my face! splits 9:37, 9:27, 9:34, 9:39, 9:19.
