About 1.5 minutes into my run I got on a path right as this group of 6 women were running by. I knew they were going faster than me and tried to not let it affect my pace but when I got to my first mile mark I was surprised. I ahd to deliberately try to slow down.Then by the 3rd mile I had slowed down too much. I am feeling much stronger lately. I still feel fat and slow!
