Felt pretty good waking up this morning, so I decided to mix it up just slightly from what has been many days of easy and slow running. Small builder exercise. (7.6 in 0:56:22)

First double in a while. It felt really good. Just a short run, but I picked up the pace, and ticked up the incline. Also, I've gained 5 pounds in the last 3 weeks. (3.5 in 0:26:50)

Woke up at 3am with the same stomach ache as 2 weeks ago. Like I swallowed a handful of thumb tacks. Got out of bed and sat upright in a chair for about 30 minutes, then felt good enough to go back to bed. Dozed until 4. Had a small cup of really hot oatmeal. I was a little more tired on the run than I expected to be. (15.5 in 2:01:27)
