Felt pretty good waking up this morning, so I decided to mix it up just slightly from what has been many days of easy and slow running. Small builder exercise. (7.6 in 0:56:22)
First double in a while. It felt really good. Just a short run, but I picked up the pace, and ticked up the incline. Also, I've gained 5 pounds in the last 3 weeks. (3.5 in 0:26:50)
