I wish I could say this was "easy". Honestly though, I am still sore. It's also more obvious when I run that my body is fighting something off. Still okay enough to go into work and do all the normal life things besides running comfortably. (6.3 in 0:50:24)
Easy treadmill. Definitely felt better than yesterday, but not done beating this sickness down. My muscles have also been sore still from Saturday's run, which was very unexpected. (6.6 in 0:51:42)
Couldn't run this morning because of stomach issues. Got this in later. It was kinda dumb, I tried too hard to force this in. Still not all better, and I'm losing my voice. (12 in 1:30:01)
