Small builder on the treadmill. I'm glad to say that this week is starting off a lot better than last week. (6.8 in 0:52:13)

Quick extra mileage. Just locked into a good effort. This was what time permitted. From dropping Ellie off at preschool to picking her up. Stayed home to hold the fort for Cheyenne, as she is under the weather. (12.3 in 1:32:15)
