Went to bed last night feeling sick. I woke up a little better but I decided not to run anyways. I still got up at the same and did homework instead. Now I feel awesome! I'm definitely going to do a lunch-time run!

Oh man. Running today was pure bliss. I can only think of one or two other times when I have felt this good running. Not that I usually don't feel good...I run almost every day because I like it. It's just times like these where you don't want to stop, and it feels exihilirating to go faster and faster. Too bad it was at work, or I probably would've kept going. (6.44 in 0:50:48)

4.68 very easy at lunch time. It felt really good just slow jogging today. But...disaster might have struck near the end, as I developed sudden soreness on my lower shin on my left leg.
