Before the bus. Workout day. Energy levels are a little low, but not bad. I am trying to drop some weight picked up in the winter months (5-10 pounds). Avoiding sweets is the main priority but also not snacking between meals as much.
Warmup, 3x(2T with 2 minute recoveries), 1T, 2 minute recovery, cooldown with 5 strides 90 seconds apart. (10 in 1:09:30)
