I did not get up and do a morning run because I still felt kind of stiff from Saturday. So after work I pushed and pulled out 6 miles and back home. I've had better runs, thats for sure. Kind of stiff, and half way through I got dehydrated in the heat. Lost 6lbs of fluid in that one run. I have a pretty good scale and was 161.0 (in the buff) before the run and 155.0 after. I like droping pounds but not like that. It's the time of year where I need to start stashing water along the course so I can hydrate myself.

Did a good paced workout on the treadmill in our Park Central hotel in NYC. Long day of flying, glad to be here and at least got some miles in.

Ran a nice good run in Central Park in NYC. There were runners all over the place. That park is big and confuzing.

Did a good tempo run(11 miles) in central park. Also walked about 7-8 miles today.

Planned on doing a good run today but it was our last day in NY so we tried to jam everything into our schedule. Very busy. So I ran on the treadmill at tempo pace. Pretty good workout. I was glad to get in 60 miles this week. I'd planned on only getting in 5 or so a day.

Fun trip to NY. Stayed in a penthouse suite in the Park Central hotel.

Now we've got to travel back to Utah today on (Sunday).
