Did a good tempo run(11 miles) in central park. Also walked about 7-8 miles today.

Your training is starting to look very good. See if you can get into a certified 5 or 10 K when you get back to Utah, or just do a control 3-5 mile tempo run to see what the mileage is actually doing to you.
