Ran with Dustin and Steve. We did a nice 12 mile loop around Sand Hollow Res. Then when we got back to the car I went out and back from a couple more.

Felt like running tonight and went out and did a 8.5 mile loop up around the water tank and down through the industrial park.

Felt really good tonight. Hope to taper off next week for the Hobble Creek Half.

It would be a good idea to find a downhill stretch and practice some downhill running at a fast pace between now and St. George. Be cautious, though - downhill overdone can get you injured.

Hey Clyde I'm not going to be around tonight for some 800s, but maybe next time I can get together with you guys. I'm feeling a little sluggish today, didn't run this morning and still feeling tired and a little sick here at school. I'm planning on doing some hill repeats tonight with the team and then going over to Mesquite to play a round of golf with my brother-in-law.
