I was excited for the evening workout because we were doing mile repeats. Mile warmup. I did 5 mile repeats and ran with Andreasen's. The recovery was only a minute of just over, so we couldn't quite run race pace. I hit 5:46 5:45 5:41 5:34 and 5:18. Cooled down a mile and then some strides in spikes.
